It will become a lot hotter I think.
It will become more dense and will become hotter and probably increase its gravity.
It's mass will stay the same, which means it's total gravity will remain the same so the orbits of the planets, asteroids, comets, and so forth will be fine. It's surface gravity will be higher because the surface will be closer to all the mass.
What happens to the temperature depends on why it shrunk. If it shrunk because you somehow squished it, it would get a lot hotter and brighter and bluer. If it shrunk because it ran out of nuclear fuel it would cool down and get redder.
