Clinton pardoned TONS of hard core criminals. Many were in for murder and rape. And many more had given him bribe money to get them out.
I seem to recall Clinton pardoning Puerto Rican terrorists. Maybe Bush should pardon gitmo detainees and move them in your neighborhood or the DC area!
