I work for a school district, and we decided to upgrade from a windows server 2000, web sever, to a windows server 2003 web server that has a lot more memory and a way better processor. Now I have never setup a web server before, and im the only opne here who could probably figure it out. I was wondering what would be the easiest way to transfer all of files from my old web server to the new one? And any tips on setting it up? subversion: Subversion FAQ::
My admins don't want me to have a HTTP server for Subversion. Copy over hook scripts, etc, from the old repository to the new one.

But, your current web server (BTW: web server is NOT a machine, it is a program) may be NOT IIS, Apache and others are possible...
