I am looking to tone my body. More specifically my abs and my thighs. I have a lot of muscle but it needs to be toned.

I've been doing it for 6 years now, and I'm in great shape...
And I assure you, you will be one toned hottie for sure.
cardio, then sit ups and thigh master, it will work if you can get motivated to do it!

a good balance diet and exercise.
you could do some running or working out. go to the gym once in a while and run a mile each day and you should get into shape quickly :)

maybe running and crunchs, for crunches, all kinds the ones i use are on floor feet under nuch on couch 20-50 on a good night, standing left kneww to right shoulder then opposite theres also a one i do on my bed its kinda like the one standing but kinda dif. look online
or the one on exercise ball very painfull but worth it mostly
im not sure about legs look online
swim laps. swimming is the best form of exercise, it works all muscles and is a cardio-vascular work out.
