love to grill/steam in foil salmon with a little minced garlic, a little evoo (exta virgin olive oil) and lemon, served with rice and fresh cooked veggies,
spaghetti and my homemade turkey meatballs are a favorite in our house (I can email recipe if you pick my answer)
teriyaki chicken with rice and of course veggies,
chicken and/or shrimp stir fry with garlic snow peas I make myself,
and of course the simple and fast mac and cheese with added diced basil/oregano canned tomatoes and a little ground meat.
Burritos--ground beef, onions, cheese. The kids are usually happy with just quesadillas and maybe a little salsa
 I need sum good vegie dishes an help cooking for loads?
