Sarasota Fl, passed a law that went into effect September 1st.. The law basically states that if we can hear your music from 200' away the police will ticket you and tow your car. My own opinion, I'm glad. Write as many tickets as you can. When I was a kid, the in thing to do was to wear your hair long which didn't disturb the peace. Each generation has its own thing. This generations thing is to disturb my peace and quiet with loud bass music. Its not fair to people to have to listen to that bass every other hour when a youth drives by. Comments? What is wrong with the Noise law::

at 200' the guy in the car must be deaf...LoL.
i agree wholeheartly with the law. why should other people have to put up with all that racket. although 200' is too far,it should be closer.i think in my town it is 50'. How can neighbor of loud bar get them to obey noise ordinance ::
I think you’d get a better response, though, if you and your neighbors worked that would prohibit the bar from playing loud music on its outdoor patio.
