i say name it whatever your daughter wants to name it,,,mine named our guinea pig Rabbit our cat Kitty and the dogs name is Broccoli...lol she turns 3 next month
not bad but think how you would feel shouting them in the street, thats always the rule of thumb I use. Remember the cat has it for life and may live up to 18+ years. I like youre suggestion of milo.
Smokey and pepper are better for grey cats.

My family had two black cats while I was growing up. Midnight (which is my favorite and what I will name my first black male) and spooky. Spooky was actually a girl cause she was born Halloween
but I think the name works for either. Sorry if that made it worse if you like the name but of your list midnight first then yin. Hope I help.
