The most irritating to me are names tha are made up to suit the parents
with little thought for the child who is stuck with the name
Boys name = Duncan.
Girls name = Sally.

Any made up names, my friend has a girl called Jordanna, i would never say anything but i thinks its an awful name.

Anyway, I hate girls who have guy names and visa versa.
The most annoying name is also one you can't pronounce.
One is particular is not coming to mind though.
I wouldnt say irritating really but some names I am NOT fond if has to be Chelsea, Kylie, Britney and the like and boys I am not keen on the name Harold or Colin.
