Sounds like a bad yeast infection. Go to walmart and get an over-the-counter yeast infection treatment kit with the external cream also. Use the filled-applicator inside and apply the external cream to the outside of your vagina. Do this at bedtime. Wear a pad also because the medicine will ooze out during the night. This sounds like a yeast infection.
You could have an infection, it may be an STD or it could be vaginal thrush. Its simple enough to get tested, and treatments are usually oral antibiotics or antifungals, or creams. Ask your doctor.
