You can not eat anything to make your bust larger - At 13, you are not through growing - you have 5-6 years yet to grow. Eat healthy and exercise to gain chest muscle mass ( and firm breasts). And be patient. Enjoy being 13.
theres not really anything that you can eat to make them grow. you have a lot of years yet for them to get bigger, they keep growing till your like 18, or a bit older. dont worry about it, they will grow on their own in time

Just wait until you grow and they'll automatically grow with you ;)
You have to wait to grow yourself in order to get a bigger size. Don't worry, they will grow soon. Until you're 17 and more, they will keep on forming.
