when i was around 13/14, my dentist told me the roof of my mouth is up too far, and i need surgery and braces to correct it. im 18 now, and i never got the surgery or braces because we couldnt afford it, and i have 4 lumps on the roof of my mouth and they hurt to touch. every morning, i wake up with this cut on the roof of my mouth right behind my 2 front teeth and it heals really fast, but it still happens every morning. its weird, what could it be?
