I hope some AC flyers can help as I will be making a reward booking from SYD to Canada/USA in J and it will involve a couple of domestic J flights (or is it F in the USA?). I have not flown either UA or US in domestic business class and dont expect a great deal but is there a winner? Still sorting flights but one leg will be TPA-BUF so could go I assume via either hubs. Do either have a better seat, meal, or lounge? I am very familiar with AC service and know it wont be the same but would like the best ride and airport connection experience.
