you cant really find out the password but you could change it, but you would have to first hack into their email account and then change it and it aldo takes ages as well if your not taht good at it

You can't. The only way to get a password is to request it and get the site to email it to the account holder. If you're trying to get someone else's password, stop.
cant. sounds like maybe you should not be trying to hack someone elses account.
