I have read Twilight, and now am reading New Moon.
Ok, what are those 3 books about.
I know that Breaking Dawn is book 4, and that Midnight Sun is from Edwards point of view, but what is The Host supposed to be about?
The Host has no connection whatsoever to the Twilight series. It's a seperate book from Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse. I'll just leave a link in the sources part of this answer so you can read about The Host for yourself. :))

About The Host:
Despite its genre, The Host is a very human story. There aren't any gadgets, ray guns, time warps, black holes, spaceships (okay, there are a few spaceships mentioned), or any of the other sci-fi standards. It all takes place on the planet earth in the present day and is, at its core, a love story (I can't stay away from the romance, I'm a sap).
The basic premise: The Host takes place after a bodysnatchers-style invasion of the earth. We (the humans) lost. Our narrator is Wanderer, one of the invading "souls," who struggles to navigate all the bewildering challenges that come with living inside a human body. She was forewarned about these challengesâ ”the overwhelming emotions, the stunning physical responses, the glut of senses, the too vivid dreams and memories... However, there was one challenge Wanderer didn't expect: the former tenant of her body, human survivor Melanie Stryder, refuses to fade away into oblivion the way she should. Melanie lingers as an angry presence in Wanderer's head, holding on to her human secrets and filling Wanderer's thoughts with visions of the man Melanie lovesâ ”Jared, another human who still lives in hiding. Unable to separate herself from her body's desires, Wanderer yearns for the man she's never met. Outside forces combine to make Wanderer and Melanie unwilling allies, and, working together, they set off to search for the man they both love. It's possibly the first love triangle that only involves two bodies.
The Host is a Stephenie Meyer book that is completely seperate from the twilight series. It is about the life of a girl after an invasion where souls come to settle in people on Earth. Check our here site (in my references) for her synapsis.
As far as the Twilight series goes, it is Twilight (1), New Moon (2), Eclipse (3), Breaking Dawn (4) and Midnight Sun (Edward's Point of View). There is a rumor that she will aslo be writing a book from Jacob's point of view, but there is nothing to confirm that yet.
Have fun they are the greatest books. Stephenie Meyer is a wonderful author.
The books order goes in Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, then Breaking Dawn (which doesn't come out until August 2nd)
