This could be caused by hormonal changes in puberty, especially triggered by emotion (anxiety, excitement, fear, happiness...) and may decline over time. Or, you just might be a person that sweats more than others. No biggie - keep yourself clean, and well hydrated (drink lots of water), and you will be able to live a happy life.
Nothing's wrong with you. It's a normal part of puberty--and it will resolve itself soon enough. Just use a good anti-perspirant and try to concentrate on something other than your audience when you stand up in class.
Nothing you have done or nothing you ARE doing is causing this. It's hormones. You can't control that. Growing out of it is pretty much the only option at this point.
you can wear things that will help--like undershirts made of 100% cotton without any polyester--and boxers rather than briefs so your lower body can "breathe". Don't wear tight clothing--loose shirt and loose pants are better. Lighter fabrics. Lighter colors rather than darker--prints rather than solid colors--all will help "disguise" your problem until your hormones get more regulated. Carry a handkerchief or tissues to wipe your face and forehead.
Relax...this happens a lot. And it's perfectly normal.
