Each time I take in a deep breath I feel it.
It kinda helped put me in a depressed mood.
What should I do? Should I be too concerned about this?
Sounds like anxiety......on the way to a panic attack.
You may want to consult a doctor for treatment. Deep breathing excercises help 2x a day.
You can find a lot of helpful advice on the internet.
I have went to the doctor today because I was feeling the something as you have been describing to me.

This could be a cause of stress I am not to sure about your medical history at this point since I don't know your medical history and I am not a certified health care provider such as a doctor I can not say 100% what it is.
I would recommend you to speak to your doctor about this matter.

its probably just a side affect of anxiety...don't be concerned physically unless it hurts-a lot! Anxiety has a huge impact on the body and how it feels. Just try to relax and concentrate on your breathing. Try to figure out what you may be anxious/depressed about and put a positive spin on it...I deal with anxiety/and depression a lot lately, it seems to come from nowhere....all you can do is stay positive, breathe and stay busy!
do you smoke or do drugs? that is a common side effect
You could have a lung infection. You'd need a chest xray to check that out.
