There is not much help once the hair start changing colour. It might
be good you shave your beards if it is permissible. As for your head, use a matured coconut oil to treat it once a week. Oil your hair with the oil and cover with towel one hour before shampooing.

No. You're going prematurely gray...and there's nothing you can do but DYE....your hair, that is. Some people just get gray very early. You can't take anything to change it or stop it. It's gonna happen anyway! That's why the hair color industry is a mult-billion dollar business! They make perfectly good hair colorings for beard and head hair for men.

You can't prevent gray. You can cover it with colouring made for men like "Just For Men". Caution when you're using it, though, it can be messy!
