What would you think if your older teachers in their fifties and sixties started dressing and acting like teenagers? The Queen at 82 is an excellent example of a woman who acts her age. Older adults benefit from strength training, but not to the degree you are suggesting. Of course, there's always the exception to the rule--Cher, for instance, is 61.

The average UK woman is not 13 years old and would doubtless be horrified if Her Majesty got herself tatooed.
Such grovelling as you suggest would probably produce a universal disgust that would lead to abdication. This would probably be followed by a brief succession of presidents, culminating in our having a chap like Zimbabwe’s Mugabe or Pakistan’s Musharaf or, at the very least, the USA’s George W. Bush.
It’s terrifying enough for us, when royal princes take the liberty of acting in controversial ways!
