Do something that will increase your cardio count for a few minutes and wake up your muscles, then allow them to rest before hockey. I don't know what type of pool you swim in, but I recommend doing some stretches underwater, then swim a couple of laps doing the side-stroke, breast stoke, and back stroke. This should not be overly exhausting but will use a large range of muscles. Be sure to stretch again after you swim, and again before hockey.
