If you're asking about it on here, I am taking that as a sign of concern and that you should probably go get checked out. I would try to recall what you may have done to cause the injury and then get it checked out by your family doctor - or at least call the doctor and see if they could tell you what to possibly do over the phone. I could be a lot of things, maybe a stress fracture? The fact that you're getting worse, not better usually means a trip to the doctor is a good idea.
If nothing else, you'll know it's not serious and have a framework of what to do and expect.
