I think JMR summed it up well; this is not a zero dollar fare.
The system is not showing a zero fare, it is showing an empty set for the fare. It does not know what to charge, and as such, instructs the user "Price for selected itinerary is not available. Not a problem. Quite a few mistake fares are thought to be unbookable, and then someone posts that they are bookable at such-and-such website, but you need to follow specific parameters to get it to go through. So thank you for posting this.
