Everytime I hold Alt and click Word (Office 2003) wants to launch this research pane, which in my environment requires a password. With all the fine tuning I do, I use the Alt key quite often. Is there a way to disable this function so it doesn't launch unless I go through the menu?
I greatly appreciate any help.
I'm not sure how to disable it... which I know is the preferred option.
But - the error message - is it because it's trying to connect to the internet?

not really an error message, but a proxy password message, because it requires a password to get on the Internet where I work. It is just really frustrating to keep having this pane launch. I am not holding it down while starting Word.
The quick key is alt+click, which if I am fine tuning a table I use and it launches this God forsaken research panel. I don't really need the quick key for a thing I hardly ever use.
