I've encounter PassMark rebooter ver1.3.1001 in Vista that fail to boot up the system after around 175 cycles. But this is OK for XP. Is there a compatibility problem for my PassMark version and Vista? Or is there any advise on this issue?

Rebooter doesn't actually have anything to do with booting the system.

Rebooter just launches a reboot. After that it is the O/S and hardware that are responsible for the booting. So if the system fails during the boot process you need to look for hardware, O/S or device driver problems.
