I doubt it.
The Rassmussen poll was taken on Sunday, so I doubt there was any impact on the poll. The poll averages still have Obama up in Florida by a narrow lead. Early voting there is having huge turnouts. Polls have been flucuating wildly. Gallup had a 2 point lead for Obama a few days ago, yesterday it was a 10 point lead.

I'd rather have Obama/Biden in charge of an internation crisis than John "Bomb bomb bomb iran" McCain and Sarah "I can see Russia from Alaska!" Palin.
I think that between now and the election Biden's comments will sink in and people will move towards McCain because they know that he will move quickly to diffuse the problem. Obama, Biden and McCain were gathered together by Bush and were warned of a possible terrorist attack
Some of the polling data that I have seen in regards to whom a person is likely to vote for also asks questions such as who they would feel safer with as President, McCain was ahead by 15 points or more in every poll where this question was asked.
I found it odd that Sarah Palin was not in the President's briefing but they said that it was because she is not a Senator, this make sense but is odd that she has more insight to US Military secrets than either Obama or Biden due to her being the Commander in Chief of the only full time active National Guard Unit that is our first line of defense against attacks from Russia.

First of all, there is a danger no matter WHO the president is. Don't you realize that? I think it will be a temporary story...I don't think it will move the needle much for McCain though. It was stupid of Biden to put it in those terms.
