Honestly, most people on the dating scene have had a past history of lovers. What do you expect in today's world? You really shouldn't get so jealous, hes with you now, and anything that has happened between him and other women in the past is finished with.
If he deleted her I wouldn't worry about it anymore. He didn't have to delete her. He could have made up some story and accused you of being jealous, not trusting him, etc. and left her on. He's with you. That means he wants you. If he wanted her, he'd be with her.
