  • Hmm...my son is young still, I have entertained the idea of dressing in all yellow and being the guy that hangs with curious george, since Brody is being a monkey....but...lol I really do think I will sit this out. ;)

I'd rather go hang out with friends or have a Halloween party. You're never too old to go trick-or-treating. Even adults dress up in really crazy

I have no Idea, I even opened a map up. I thought Virginia was near Kansas or something..YOUR CLOSER THAN I THOUGHT! lol

  • I dress up every day, so Halloween won't be any different.

I am going as Mozz, in case you were wondering.

  • I'm planning on it.

Johnny's the Monkey. I'm a Banana. The pictures should be interesting, lol.

  • Last year I did but I don't think I will this year. My wife made us all costumes. We went as M&Ms. I was red, my wife was green, and our son was orange

But I do understand that a lot of parents work and can't get out any earlier. . Just because your grown up, doesn't mean you can't still be a kid once in

  • yes.

  • I never considered it, but my mom recently said she knows lots of people who like seeing the parents dressed up too when taking their kids trick or treating. I guess it could be fun - it's been awhile!

  • I haven't dressed up for halloween to take the kids out. I can't see paying $50 for a costume I will only wear once a year. And probably will get lost somewhere by the time next year comes around. With 3 kids, it really isn't in the budget for us to dress up also. But if you can afford it and want too....DO IT!!

  • in my hometown (where i grew up) yes i am dressed and walking with the kids,,,,where i live,,i dress up and hand out candy,,while hubby takes kids out walking. i have dressed up for the last 11 years with my kids,,,,my wonderful mother in law made me a beautiful black velvet/red satin lining full length cape. i have a black "elvira" dress i wear with it,,along with makeup and hair. halloween has always been my favorite. i am just really bummed that the house we bought and moved into (it is over 100 years old) has NO outdoor electric plugs to use for decorations (i have a garage full). hubby is being deployed overseas this year so maybe ill be able to hire an electrician to get me some power so i can decorate the house too.

  • Of course,every year.The kids love It,and so do I. :)

  • I want to dress up but we always spend so much on her costume that it is not feasible for me to dress up as well. For my daughter we go all out with makeup and effects. I enjoy watching her have fun so as much as I want to I really can't.

  • Absolutely! I love embarrassing my kids! It's a toss-up between the bumble bee and the fish.

    Tee-hee.

  • No, I don't. I haven't dressed up for Halloween since I was a kid.

  • i always dress up at halloween. my children would think something is wrong if i do not. they love it. now when they get older we will see.

  • One of use used to dress up and go with the kids, and the other sat on the porch dressed as a scarecrow and handed out goodies. We took turns, it was a blast either way.

My youngest is 29 now and he still remembers his Dad as one of the Ninja Turtles!

  • My daughter wants me to dress up but I don't know yet. She is going as a princess as usual, and she want me to be Tinkerbell.

  • I dress up as the grim reaper.
    the kids love it.
I look goofy because im busty, scary grim reaper huh?

  • Parents - did you / will you give your child the MMR?
