| | I've just used Dettol all in one cleaning spray to clean my oven door as it was quite grimey. I just wiped it down, but how long after I have done this is it ok to use the oven again?
Just wait until it dries off, or u can use a cloth to wipe it dry....
be careful, don't let the Dettol leaked to ur FOOD inside...

Any cleaner smells right after you clean an oven.
Put a pan of water with cut lemons or limes. in it to make it smell better.. run it 20 minutes at moderate temp 350 or so.
Then cook something for a short time like rolls and it should be fine after that all residue should be gone.
as long that you have rinsed everything clean and kept the door open for a bit to let the smell out your oven is good to be used.
