i have 2 baby chickens at the moment and they are almost 4 weeks old. one of them is smaller than the other one although they are both the same age. the smaller one keeps sneezing and making weird sounds (wheezing) noises like she has a stuffy noise. also she keeps moving her beak, looks like she is chewing on something..but most of all, she stopped crying, in fact she can't really cry like she used to. i'm so worried because she is seriously smaller than the other one. much much smaller! she still eats but drinks less water for some reason. and she sleeps more than the other one. i need to know if she needs to go to VET or she will get better soon naturally? thanks for looking at my question.
ive never heard a chicken cry...but maybe it was just tired
sounds like it has a cold or some thing hate to say it but if you cant get it to a vet it will die its so young keep it warm add a light so it can sit and sleep under it that will help
maybe he thought..."If I stop crying, I wont get eaten"
she probably has a feather in her nose and shes naturally smaller
awww how sad...
TOUGHEN UP!

wat a cute question
ohh god chicken and cry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is practicing for its interview with Ronald McDonald to be the best chicken nugget EVER. I'm kidding. I have no idea. Ask a vet. That's why they're there. Good luck with your chicken.
Umm... its a CHICKEN.
It sounds like a severe respiratory infection to me. There are things you can do at home yourself (including giving antibiotics), but for people who generally don't already know a lot about chickens, I recommend a trip to the vet. Some people will tell you that you can't take chickens to vets, but this is absolutely not true. You need to find an avian (bird) vet and they will see what they can do. Do keep in mind that chicks can be pretty fragile, so he may not recover, especially if he's been sick for quite some time.
You also really need to keep him away from the healthy chick until he clears up. Make sure his area stays clean, dry and warm.
Good luck and just ignore the mean answers!
Is it breathing?
Bird Flu
dont worry i had 2 chicks an mine kepet sneesing and sleeping myn were throwing up a bit aswell dont worry tho they will be alright you can put a hot waterbottle in there nest if you want just cover it up with a towel it is also probbibly eating less because it is smaller dont worry to much if you are realy concerned then you can take it to the vet but it will be fine.
