I am trying to help a friend find a new P&S camera. She is looking for something small, easy to use and with pretty good IQ. I am considering the Canon SD1000; Sony DSC-S800; Ricoh Caplio R7; and Panasonic FX55. They Don’t Need P-128s Anymore:: "They don’t need P-128s anymore." Sonny Klingler is 35, has a wife and four kids and a dog that has a dozen pups periodically, two-thirds of an acre in http://www.aliciapatterson.org/APF001972/Hamilton/Hamilton07/Hamilton07.htmlHOME |
I know that the Panasonics are not great for low light, such as snaps in restaurants, which is a pretty big deal. The Sony P&S cameras seem the most user friendly to me, but I don't know much else about the newer ones.
Anyone with first hand knowledge of any of the above? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance. If it's about smallness, and quality...I've seen a lot of the new Pextax P+S cameras taking some nice pics.
