My girlfiend has had a rough past and I am the new guy in here life. We have been going out for about a week but I have known her for the better part of a year. Her previous boyfriend was kind of abusive and pressured her into sex. We have not yet had sex and won't untill we are both sure that we are ready. My problem is that she say's she is pregnant and won't let me see any ultrasounds and I am fairly certain that she is lying. I knew a girl like that. She was a complete wack-job. If she'll lie about something that extreme, there are probably a thousand other things she's lied to you about or will lie to you about. RUN AWAY REALLY REALLY FAST.
first of all how do you know that she was in an abusive relationship earlier etc. etc. secondly how can you be certain that she is not pregnant & is only saying so to get attention.
it seems to me that you hardly even know this girl & are harbouring doubts about her integrity. she has either hooked up with you on the rebound or is suffering from a major psychological disorder, requiring expert advice.
the best course of action, in my opinion, would be to be frank with her & ask her to take a pregnency determination test in your presence so as to allay your fears ... in case she wants to keep the baby then you can start by telling her how important it is for the health & well being of the unborn child for the mother to undergo regular medical check-ups etc.

Ok, really, the only way to get through this is to tell her that you're not ready for a kid. The reason why I say this is because if she's lying, she'll tell you the truth in order to keep you... then you can ask her why she needed to tell you that.
If she bails out in order to preserve her "pregnancy" (lying or not) then you at least know she isn't trying to get attention out of you.
You have to be ready for this relationship to come crashing down quick, though... either way it's going to be a strain on trust.
If you want, you can wait a few months and see if she's gotten any bigger, but that could really put damage on her if you aren't ready to deal with a baby in her life... and put damage on her if she's lying.
Really, this is a touchy situation. I wish you the best of luck, mang. Pregnancy is nothing to screw around with or lie about.

She's damaged goods dude. Move on! Way too many problems, if shes into you, why would she say that shes preg for someone else? She has feelings for the other guy, she's not over him. Do you realize your trying to catch this girl in a lie, if you don't have trust and honesty in a relationship you don't have much. If she's doing this now, she will always pull some kind of crap to get her way or attention. Wait until she grows up a lil and gets over the last guy.
I am really sorry for you to have to deal with someone like this... Seems to me she may have some deep issues. If you really like her then my first suggestion would be to site her butt down and be straight up with her and tell her you expect her to do the same. Tell her you want to work and you want to be there for her but you need to be able to trust her and its a little cloudy right now. Make her feel secure with you and comfortable enough to trust you so maybe she wont feel the need to act that way. Now, my second suggestion is if you dont really like her alot then pull the friend card! And fast! Tell her you guys are better off friends and if she is pregnant then she needs to start dealing with that and she wont have time to worry about your relationship. (there will always be baby daddy in the picture) She seems to seek attention. It may be deeper then you think, try to talk to her in a concerned way to see if she lets you in. either way good luck. Just remember if she is making stuff up like that now... whats going to happen later??
