You have taken care of it properly. To avoid infection just wash w/soap & water, she won't leave a bandage on. Put some straight bleach on a cotton ball and wipe the puncture clean. If it's not deep, and you've cleaned it well it should be fine. If it becomes inflamed or has any pus discharge, then it's become infected & she'll need to be seen by the vet.
(per previous answer: Do not put bleach on the wound, or scrub it with bleach. Bleach kills bacteria on hard surfaces, but in a wound it can kill healthy tissue as well as any bacteria. That would actually delay any healing. Not to mention it would be pretty painful.) I had my dog (7 month old border collie) castrated yesterday, was it ::

if its just a puncture mark (tooth mark) it will be fine until the morning. in future i wouldn't bother with the antiseptic and just bathe it with salty water. it my need antibiotics but that will wait until the morning when you can see the vet.

as long as the wound isnt too deep you should be fine with just the antiseptic. the limping is most likely from the initial pain just keep an eye on her for the next few days make sure it doesnt get infected and it is okay when she licks the wound its their way of keeping it clean like i said just keep an eye on her make sure it starts to heal after a few days
