I've been following mjlecomte grid code that was posted a couple of months ago to learn some of the grid functionality. I can't figure out how the delete functionality works.
The grid appears to have an index associated with the underlying contents? I can see the index number in firebug I selected but not underlying contents associated with the index.
There is a checkbox functionality that is not associated with the mousedown functionality. I would like to be able to delete the associated item by checking the checkbox and pulling the associated record.

thx for the reply. I'm going to eliminate un-needed code to better understand the functionality of the program.
I think the delete portion may be faulty. Someone posted something in the forums a few days ago mentioning problems selecting the correct record. It worked on my end at one time, but sure enough I played with it and the posted code appeared to be quite faulty. Search the forums to find it if you can. I'm not at my development computer at the moment so can't post up the solution.
I plan to release another version of that example where I've squashed some bugs, added interactive console.log reports, etc.
