I have a user of Word 2003, who cannot use the left and right arrow keys to navigate through a document. The keys work fine in other programs (excel, notepad etc). The up and down arrow keys work fine. CTRL+arrow left or right is fine to skip a word at a time. SHIFT+arrow left or right works fine, one character at a time. It's just the navigation that's not playing.
