My oldest daughter was the same weight at your age and 5'6. As long as you eat healthy, don't worry. If you want to gain weight, buy Ensure. It's high in protein and calories. Good calories. Just don't eat junk foods because they are empty calories and will do no good. Relax, Enjoy your size because when you get older, you're going to wish you were small again. I am 26 now but when I was around 11 and 12 I was bone thin. I was checked over by the doctor but nothing ever was found. I was really young then and did not give a care. When I grew older to around 16 I started to wish I had some kind of curve in pretty much anywhere I could get it. My brother was in wrestleing and said that a good way to gain wait was to put on muscle. I started working out about 30 minutes a day ( lift weights more than raising your heat beat) and eating a geat deal more of meat (I personaly felt that hamburger is greasy so I ate steak) and vegetables especially the green ones. Before I knew it I was trying to figure out why my jeans where tighter but I looked good so I went with it. I didn't continue the diet, as soon as I felt I look better. well it's not horribly skinny, considering your height but u could do with some extra pounds...just eat ...don't know what else
i dont know theres a difference between what you consider horribly skinny and what i think is horribly skinny. as for gaining weight, i guess eat a lot of meals, and not foods that will make you fat but foods that are healthy for you that will help you gain weight while still looking good..hope this helped.
