| | If the government has the power to give you everything, then they have the power to take it all away...
You can't have a civilized country without a governement so isn't your entire point moot?
Fear the media.... Fox News, ABC and CNN
They are not reporting the News..... they are spreading a Corporate propaganda
Walter Annenberg who fund the committee that Obama sat with Bill Ayers and Republican former Illinois Governor Jim Edgar and GOP legislators, along with Democratic Mayor Richard Daley (who around here is considered as conservative as many Republicans).
Bill Ayers was a vital participant, but so, too were many conservative business leaders, Republican ex-legislators and fundraisers. No one said a word about Ayers past then. It just wasn't a problem or an issue.
And as Obama correctly mentioned, Walter Annenberg himself, who funded the school reform effort nationally and in Chicago, was a conservative Republican. Luv the cookie monster!!! It's about time we take back of the control of our government we have given up to much of our freedom, and they are trying to take more all the time. When are people going to wake up!

Yes, Bourgeoisie is afraid of Proletariat.
Well this government should fear the people... but it's not. The government is not because we are not holding our sway... So then we get bills and laws that invade our private lives and they are chipping away slowly at our personal liberties to the point that they have more power over us.... So I think that that statement has now flipped... and it's getting to the point of irreversable... :/
It's a very cynical statement.
Governments should work for the people.
Who do you think will win the upcoming election??? Who and Why?
Will you also blame Bush for the falling gas prices?
