I'm doing push ups 3 days per week.so I didn't bath after doing push ups.please tell me...Is it ok to bath after push ups?
Are you serious? Why wouldn't you be able to bath after pushups? Of course you can... People bath after exercise regularly, though I wouldn't really call a couple of pushups exercise. CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness: Wednesday 040121:: Push-ups done on p-bars. Times were as follows: 6:55. 8:10. 8:48. 4:26 (switch to knee raises) pullups at 10, pushups at 15 etc. It worked out ok I think. http://www.crossfit.com/mt-archive2/000298.htmlHOME |

I tend to prefer showering after I excercise so I'm not bathing in my own sweat, but other than that, I see no reason you couldn't.
yes its ok , honest
nope because of your perspiration/sweat. It's not good at all. If you take a bath after push up, your head will dizzy. So that's not good
why wouldn't you want too...yes by all means.
How can I cut the fat in my diet ?
