No not at all, although I do think it looks attractive to have a jewel in the navel. I have a variety of belly studs with chandelier style jewels on, it looks nice especially when I'm belly dancing.
yes I agree with M_B, any part could be sexual or more sensual is the word. Such as the nape of the neck, it's not that it has more nerve endings just something personally find very sensual.
