Nothing.
1. Only intelligent people would be able to have babies. I mean physically...only smart people would be physically able to have babies.
2. Wealth would be distributed based on actual contribution to society and not by rank or position or celebrity.
3. All people would have equal rights until they proved themselves unfit to carry the burden of responsibility for said rights.
4. Everyone would have the ability to see the beauty within.
5. Taco Bell would find a way to make the same great food with zero fat.

Obviously, since all women are different, it would be difficult to make changes across the board, but here are changes I would make within subgroups of modern women:
1) The popularity of the concept of "Supermom." I see too many women who are trying so hard to live up to this fictional title, and they end up getting burned out.
2) The way some young women idolize vapid characters like Paris Hilton and all of the girls from The Hills.
3) The ungratefulness of many women who benefit from the work of feminists. It irritates me when women talk about how they aren't feminists, yet they enjoy the rights women worked hard to gain for them, like voting, land ownership, and a means to earn a living.
4) Low-rise jeans. They're getting old.
I can't come up with a fifth.
What's there to change? Isn't that why you love us?
A sense of dignity; take better pride in her appearance; value marriage over herself; think before she speaks; and finally, be more pleasant.
I would like to see women able to be very clear that sex out of wedlock is not acceptable and they will not risk their lives or their futures that way.
I would like to see women able to deny their chemical draw to men long enough to learn to make a living, in case they have to.
I would like to see women better trained about domestic violence so they are not blindsided when it occurs.
I would like to see women better trained to recognize emotional abuse so that they can leave immediately before they spend years and years getting injured, all the time blaming themselves and hoping the man will change.
I would like to see more women expecting better behavior from men.
Hairgrowth. (should all be diminished)
More focus on rational thought.
Less strength and muscle growth.
Less absorption of energy as fat.
Stopping that annoying ear and nose-growth at later age.
All things evolution will fix for me.

More Pro-Active (less dropping hints and waiting for guys to take the lead.)
