Depending on what part of town you live in it might not be there... other than that it should be fine. Modern televisions are pretty much solid state devices with the exception of the cathode ray tune (the picture tube). The CRT is the only thing that might be damaged by a hard shock. Bad thing to do but if you have to, keep it away from direct sun light and when you turn it back on make sure that you wait a day so the electronic reach room temperature.
