No, I went to one of their concerts at like two when it started at seven on their LMITE tour and there was nothing going on. At about four, Radio Disney set up a station and they gave away four meet and greet passes, but it was done as a raffle and so it wouldn't have mattered how early you got there. It was fun (and very cold, it was like 36 degrees and I was in short sleeves.) to hang out and talk to other fans for hours, but it won't win you meet and greet tickets.
i think that everyone who goes 2 the meet and greats paid for it my friend and i went to hte WYLMITE tour and she got vip passes 2 go backstage before and after the show
