I say take the picture into a different barber shop, and have them do it. If yours doesn't know how to do it properly. Good luck!
No offense but that haircut is friggin ugly
Bring the pic in but definitely dont go to a barber, they dont style hair they just cut. Go into a unisex hairdressers and show them! they'll have no trouble, or at least look to see who's cutting your hair, and if they've got something you think looks good or is similar, then go for it!
