Ok I can help you here I moved away from my mom when I was twelve,in fifteen now. who are you living with now? tell your mom you want to live with her and she can go to court to get custody of you and since you are over the age of 13 in court you can tell them who you would like to live with and the court will most likely respect your wishes but if you can do it without going ot court then that would be best.
