    Idk why but at night I get really hyper. I mean I do in the daytime too. But for some reason at like 1:00 in the morning if I am still awake I get really hyper why??


  • you need to do some sort of exercise


  • your diet may be playing a part in it...try eating healthy things like salads and chicken for dinner...and it should stop.

    but thats becuase i have hypothyroidism,
    (hypo - thyroid- ism)
    you should get checked out,
    becuase its treatable,
    it sounds like you may have an overactive thyroid,
    ask at your doctors,
    hyper issues? i just asked this but i didnt really get a good answer ::
    existing, I would be MORE than happy to talk to your mom seeing as I am ADHD, same damn Ds and Fs when I wasnt on and As and Bs when I was on.

  • ahahaha I know right same here try getting some excerise or read a book so that you get reallty tired and try not to eat so much sugar or soda before that I hope this helps!!!!!!

  • I have had similar problems. For me, I have noticed several sources of the problem. I have noticed that if I consume a caffinated beverage later then say eight-thirty at night, I will wake up like that because of the buzz from the caffine. Another cause is if I am brain-storming while laying in my bed, or if I am having a rather action-packed dream with a major addrinaline flow. Still figuring for myself how to relax myself on the last two. Good luck to you. =)
