well basically i am going to cut my hair
i have the long "emo-ish" hair
but i'm tired of it.
so i want to get a "faux hawk,with a mullet[small],and stripes just like this guy in the link :

can't you go to another barber who knows how to do this style of hair. Most people wouldn't let a person touch their hair if they don't have any experience in the style they want. Oh no..I don't know why you would want to get that haircut it is really ugly ...but if you really want it like that the best way is to bring the picture don't be embarrased people like it when you take pics cause they get a better idea of what you want and they don't end up ruining your hair..also I think this is a very nice style that looks much hotter that your pic check it out

Well, you can probably go to one of those fancy hair cutters, but might be expensive, but it's better than getting a crappy one.
Also, you can ask people around you or someone who has that type of look and ask them where you can go to get that haircut.
get a cut depending on your face shape and skin tone...Maybe start with an inch long with brown if you are pale and blonder if you are tanner
