I'm wearing a white dress, white wings with silver, as well as a silver halo. I have fair skin with freckles, brown eyes, and dirty blonde hair. Any suggestions??? Thank you!
What I did last year is, I used bright white-silver eye shadow and blended almost a dark black on the corner outer part of my eyes...hard to explain.....but the eye used liquid eye liner on the top of my lids and made a long dark line across the top of my lid and past my eye some, then I bought those sticky rhinestones and put them at the corner of my eyes. Use a lot of body glitter. You can go crazy it's Halloween!
Vanilla and taupe eyeshadow(mac shroom&vanilla) black liquid liner on top and white liner on water lines. Use a tinted moisturizer and cover up any blemishes. Apply a very light golden shimmer all over your face. Add a light blush(covergirl snow plum) to the cheek bone to hilight. Big eyelashes. Nude healthy glossed lips. (mac lust lipglass)
Well then you should do everything white...like white eyeshadow, and silver glitter, white eyeliner..ect. but yeah i hope this helps!!!
pinky cheek is most important, innocent look, and purple or pink eyeshadow and a shinny pink rose colour lip colour....freckles will not b big problem if u have smooth skin, about blonde hair....dye it black or dark brown...make it neat is more important CNN: I-Reports::

You should do it light and glittery, but NO white eyeliner, unless its for the bottom of your eyes, other wise you'll look odd and washed out. Oh and don't forget some pink blush to look rosy and well...angelic : )
lots of glitter! get some fake eye lashes and put alot of glitter along with eyeshadow on! that will be cute!
You should use some type of powder (like bareminerals) to make your skin look ... "heavenly."
Next, you could curl your eyelashes and put a bit of mascara. Dont overdue the mascara because you may destroy the look of innocent.
Also, get a light, with a bit of sparkly, eye shadow. I have a Victoria's Secret one and its really pretty.
For your lips you should use a light, clear lip gloss that wont drip. You can also use a sparkly lip gloss that would look really cute with the sparkly eye shadow.

If I were you, i would wear silver eyeshadow, black eyeliner to define your eye, and light pink lip tint/lip gloss.

Powder your face so it is sort of ghostly white but not too scary, and coat your eyelids and undereyes in silver glitter, or liner. Possibly find a tattoo of say a butterfly, dragonfly or star, and put it on your cheek. Wear pale pink LIPSTICK, not lipgloss as that won't show. If you want to look cute, add pink blusher to the tops of your cheeks, and false eyelashes (possibly with silver additions).
If you've ever used lush, there is a product that will really bring out the blonde in your hair. It's called the blonde, its about £4.50 in the Uk and there are chainstores allover the world so probably about 9 dollars but I'm not a great cash converter. If that's a bit expensive, maybe buy a wig, blonde or silver, or just put lemon juice in it and go under the sun/ bright room.
