In order to put a character in the circle (a letter, number) I have to
use a program like MS Word or something ? Or is there any trick by
keyboard ? I already checked Special Character Map - don't see such an
option.
If you have Windows XP, it comes with a built-in (and rather obscure)
tool called Private Character Editor:

You can use this to build -- pixel by pixel -- any character you want,
but it hardly seems worth it!
Let me know what you think.

That's okey. And thank you for the other's people comments.
You can insert a character in a circle in MS Word by typing the circle
(using Insert Symbol) then using Insert > Field > Equations and
Formulas > Advance and selecting the /l option. The text after the
field will be shifted left to overlap the circle.
You can also use an Equation field and use the /O() option which
overstrikes the characters within the brackets.
I mean, simply placing a letter or number in a circle within text.
ie. Let's say I make a note of cards' spread. Some of the cards came
up reversed in that spread. And I just want to put an "R" next to
reversed card and take it in circle. I don't have to do it that way -
it's not a big deal - but I just want to.
I think I've got an answer by Owain and Pepero - my appreciation.
However, if you had know any other ways to do this (besides MS Word
and Windows' Paints) I were glad to know.
Sincerely Markiz
Hi Markiz,
Are you talking about making a graphic like this?

In Microsoft Works if you hit alt-ctrl-r you get (R in a circle). Is
that what you mean? It may also work in Word. The mark means
Registered.

Incidentally, if the text medium you're using supports Unicode, there
are Unicode characters for numbers and letters inside circles, in the
Enclosed Alphanumerics section. You need to have a proper font
installed in order to see them, however. Here are the characters,
assuming GA handles them correctly:
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
In MS-Word ::
1> Go to Insert ? Picture ? AutoShapes.
2> Click on ?Basic Shapes?.
3> Choose ?Oval?.
4> Now with the help of mouse make circle of ur required size.
5> Right click on the circle & click ?Format AutoShape?.
6> In Layout, choose ?Behind Text?.
7> Now you are ready to write anything in the circle.
Another way to insert a character in a circle is by creating the
circle as an image file (.jpg, .gif, .bmp) in PaintBrush, and
inserting a character.
Run paintbrush through Start -> Run -> type "pbrush". Create a circle
by clicking on the circle icon. Drag your mouse to create a circle.
Click on Font icon and insert your character.
