hmmmm. oxy10 will get rid of them and you can get all kinds of it offbrand. but it literally will heal it overnight/ so to speak or within like 8 to 10 hours. serious!
i know you said not to buy but oxyten you can get offbrands at dollar stores. its just benzoyl peroxide. look for that term or ingredient. walgreens or walmart or any retail should have it for 3.95 or less . but heres the trick
dab it on your pimple. when it dries, dab more on....etc all day long . keep it wet on that place, every couple hours or so.....it does work!!

i was very fortunate and never had an acne problem and when my friends with acne would take my advice, they would come to school acne free within a couple days. no kiddin! ;0
my daughters all use my trick and guess what/ still works!
Toothpaste always does the trick for me. Just apply it to the affected area and leave it on for a while (like while you are sleeping) then wash your face and it should dry the area a little bit so your skin isn't so greasy. That should clear your acne up.
Also, you could try to put a little bit of rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and wipe the area with that to dry it up as well, but that might dry your face up too much if you use to much alcohol or keep it on one spot for too long. Don't use both of them together either, because then you will burn your face and you'll end up having some skin peeling from being too dry.

Okay well a Homemade solution is to use tooth paste!!!
it really does work but the paste stuff is better than the gel :)
It honestly does i use it all the time and my skin is pretty good :) I get the same as you aswell around the "T" zone, i hate it but hey this hoeade solution is cheaper than chips :):)
