I would say around a 7 to 8 On a 1-10 scale, Its pretty painful but not excruciating, Depends on a few factors, One being how high your pain tolerance is and the other depending on how Heavy handed the artist is, Obviously the Sternum and collarbone areas are going to be a little more tender, but then again everyone is built differently too =)
