The going prices in my area are about $60 an inch. Your best bet would be to shop around your area and take in photo. Ask the artists and get a feel for the places.
But even if you find that one place is cheaper than another make sure that it's a good place that's clean etc., it won't be worth the ten bucks or so you save if the place is dirty and you get an infection or they don't do as well on their work.
