Sort of, she probably drove him crazy.
He often compared their relationship to that of Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen and we all know how that one turned out.
I just think that that is pretty crazy - he was obviously an unstable man with suicidal tendencies - why would she want that?

I don't know what to think and we will never know. Only Kurt and Courtney know the truth and he's dead and she'll never tell. Read the book love and death if you are interested. It has some interesting theories. I can see him killing himself since he had attempted before and had severe pain and an addiction, etc. But I can see her murdering him as well since he hid from her and they were on the brink of divorce. Look at her now living off HIS royalties and owning nirvana songs! Not even Dave Grohl has the rights! Whether she killed him or not, she's still a *****.
